It's really not that hard to get yourself out of the routine, take a break, breath for a while, have a little nap, go out and travel a bit... All you need is the will to do it. Or most accurately, to love yourself.
I'll be heading out of town in the next few days. Visiting Irazú Volcano with the family and then we're headed to the beach.
